Congratulations to Ryan Gelbart, who has been named as Chair of Minden Gross LLP’s Business Law Group.

Ryan has a broad corporate and commercial practice with a particular emphasis on commercial finance and private business transactions. Ryan began his legal career at the firm as an Articling student and was named Partner in 2017.

Ryan regularly acts for both lenders and borrowers on a wide range of commercial financing transactions often involving complex lending structures and multiple jurisdictions. In his private business practice, Ryan assists clients with corporate reorganizations, advises them on private equity investments, and works with them through all stages of the purchase or sale of a business.
