BD&P is delighted to welcome Susan Fader to the partnership.

Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP is delighted to announce that litigation lawyer Susan Fader will join the partnership, effective February 1, 2021.

Susan joined BD&P in 2012 as an articling student and later accepted a position in BD&P’s litigation group. Susan advises clients in complex commercial disputes, with a specific focus on construction, energy and labour law matters. She has acted as counsel in domestic and international arbitrations and appeared before all levels of court in Alberta.
