WeirFoulds is pleased to welcome senior associate Micah Goldstein to the firm's Municipal, Development and Land Use Planning Practice Group.

WeirFoulds is pleased to welcome senior associate Micah Goldstein to the firm’s Municipal, Development and Land Use Planning Practice Group. His practice is focused on expropriation and planning law.

Micah has acted for municipal authorities and expropriated landowners throughout Ontario. He has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court, several Administrative Boards and Tribunals, and private arbitrators.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Micah worked as an associate at a boutique firm focusing primarily on expropriation law. He also gained extensive experience on litigation files at a full-service firm, appearing on motions, pre-trial conferences, small claims court trials, and Landlord and Tenant Board hearings.
