Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Stephanie McLoughlin has joined the firm as a labour and employment lawyer in our Toronto office.
Stephanie provides advice and representation to employers and management in both the private and public sector on a wide-range of labour, employment, and human rights issues, including grievance arbitrations, labour disputes, wrongful dismissal actions, human rights and accommodation, and employment standards.
Stephanie received her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University and completed her articles with Hicks Morley. While studying at Queen’s, she competed in the National Labour Arbitration Moot, placing first, and was awarded the Lenczner Slaght LLP Advocacy in Moots Award. She was also Co-President of the Queen’s Law Cancer Society, and represented her class at Convocation as Valedictorian. Prior to law school, Stephanie received a Bachelor of Arts degree (cum laude, high honours) from Butler University.
