Stikeman Elliott is pleased to welcome a new member to the partnership. As of January 1, 2019, Evan Marcus is a partner in the Toronto office’s Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Securities and Capital Markets Groups. His practice is focused primarily on complex corporate and transactional matters, with a particular focus on leveraged acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments, financings, restructurings, as well as general corporate and commercial matters. Evan has comprehensive experience advising clients in connection with both cross-border and domestic transactions, and frequently counsels clients on a variety of securities law, corporate governance and strategic matters.
