On August 23rd, 2018, Brown Mills Klinck Prezioso LLP celebrates its first anniversary.

The firm was founded in 2017 by partners Elizabeth M. Brown, Lisa J. Mills, Terra L. Klinck and John Prezioso, as a pension, benefits and executive compensation boutique.  Since establishing the firm last August, our ranks have expanded to include 7 lawyers in total.  Associate Jason R. Paquette joined the firm on inception, followed by associate Nicolas J. Guadagnolo, and more recently Cary K. Wong, as counsel.

Deepest thanks to all of our clients, colleagues and friends for your support and encouragement during our first year.  We look forward to the future.
