Smart & Biggar/Fetherstonhaugh is pleased to announce that Jean-Sébastien Dupont has passed the qualifying examinations and is now a registered patent agent in Canada.

Jean-Sébastien is an associate in our Montreal office. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation in the areas of trademarks, patents, and copyright. He is involved in different aspects of litigation before the Quebec Superior Court and the Federal Court, and works with foreign associates in the context of multi-jurisdictional cases in countries such as the United States and the United Kingdom.
