Stewart is a partner in our Banking, Finance & Insolvency Group.  His practice primarily focuses on security enforcement and insolvency litigation, as well as on commercial litigation and professional liability/regulation.   He regularly appears before the courts on motions, pre-trials, examinations, applications and trials. He has appeared on complex litigation matters before all levels of court in Ontario and before various administrative tribunals.

In addition to his commercial litigation experience, Stewart regularly acts for receivers, trustees and creditors in connection with various insolvency and security realization proceedings before the Bankruptcy Court and Commercial List, frequently appearing on motions and applications before these bodies.
