Danny Nunes joins WeirFoulds

Danny’s practice focuses on bankruptcy and insolvency and advising secured and unsecured creditors, as well as Court-appointed officers, in restructuring proceedings. He acts for and advises financial institutions, creditors, debtors and Court-appointed officers in corporate restructurings, including complex cross-border Court proceedings, advising financial institutions with respect to security enforcement and preparing legal opinions relating to same and assists his clients in developing and implementing strategies in respect of the enforcement of contractual rights and remedies.
