Torkin Manes is pleased to announce that Adrian Myers has joined the firm as an associate in our Business Law Group

Adrian acts for clients on a wide range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions of businesses. He works closely with clients at each stage of a transaction; from collaborating with clients at the outset of negotiating the terms of a deal to advising clients on closing the transaction. Adrian also advises clients on general commercial and business law matters relating to the day-to-day activities of their businesses. Adrian writes a column for the Streetwise section of the Globe and Mail on securities law, regulation and related issues.
