Mark Paciocco is an associate in Gowlings’ Toronto office, practising in the area of competition law, foreign investment, marketing law and civil litigation.

Mark advises clients on the conspiracy and criminal provisions of the Competition Act as well as on potentially anti-competitive business practices, including abuse of dominance, exclusive dealing and refusal to deal matters. Mark also counsels clients on mergers, joint ventures and other strategic alliances relating to the notification and review provisions of the Competition Act and the Investment Canada Act.
