Neinstein & Associates LLP congratulates Erik Joffe on his call to the bar

Before Erik Joffe was called to the bar, he was welcomed to Neinstein & Associates LLP as a summer student in 2011, where he also articled and later returned as a personal injury lawyer.

While completing his J.D. at Queen’s University Law School, Erik assisted inmates in various Federal Penitentiaries surrounding Kingston, Ont., and developed his advocacy skills through the Clinical Correctional Program.

Erik received a B.A. with distinction from McGill University, where he graduated with a double major in Political Science and Sociology.

He is a member of the Toronto Lawyers Association. During his time at Queen’s, he was an active member of the Environmental Law Society, a member of the Queen’s Law Journal and an executive producer of Queen’s Pro Bono Radio.

During his final year of law school, Erik spent half of the year on exchange in South Africa. He has also spent time backpacking through Nepal, Israel, Southeast Asia, South America and Europe.
